ABOUT ME

What informs your coaching style?

My coaching style stems from my career in relationship education and intimate partner violence counseling. Over the past decade, I have coached people in dangerous relationships on how to increase safety and reclaim agency. I have also taught thousands practical tools for building healthy fulfilling connections.

I also draw from 12 + years of lived experience practicing ethical non-monogamy. I’ve dated audaciously and joyfully as a bisexual, non-binary, feminist who knew traditional relationships weren’t for me. After being told that what I wanted “didn’t exist,” I’ve thankfully found people eager to co-create it with me. I won’t recommend that you do relationships “the way I do mine.” Instead, I can help you to identify and actualize your unique vision.

My coaching approach is grounded in:

✅ Empowerment & agency — You are the expert in your life. I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll help you clarify your desires and options.

✅ Uplifting authenticity — Centering honesty and self-expression.

✅ Trauma-informed care — Prioritizing safety, healing, and recognizing red flags.

✅ Concrete action plans — Turning goals into clear next steps with creative problem-solving and accountability.

What you won’t hear from me:

“Become high-value to attract a high-value man or woman.”
→ Attract somebody like you, somebody imperfect, who shares what you value in relationships.

“You have to wait to have sex to earn respect.”
→ The right time is guided by comfort, readiness, and consent.

“You need to harness your divine feminine or masculine energy.”
→ I believe we find our match when we show up as our authentic self.

How is this different than therapy?

I am not a licensed therapist. I do not diagnosis or treat mental health conditions. I may refer clients to therapy, as a complimentary service, depending on their needs.
